Account termination is defined as the absolute and irreversible deletion of a user profile and its associated data blocks. To initiate this protocol, simply execute these 5 precise actions directly inside the application interface:

  1. Open Preeo on your mobile device (iOS or Android).
  2. Go to Settings located via the main menu navigation.
  3. Open Privacy Vault (Account/Privacy) to access user-level security controls, export options, and the Delete All Data action.
  4. Tap Delete Permanently at the bottom of Privacy Vault. This Delete All Data action removes account, logs, and cloud copies.
  5. Confirm and complete the secure re-authentication step shown in the app.

This automated in-app deletion instantly removes your account-level synced Preeo data permanently and fully clears all account-linked app states across our secure cloud servers within seconds where supported.

Email deletion request

Manual account deletion is defined as a support-assisted profile purge when app access is unavailable. If you cannot directly access the app, you must email our support engineering team originating strictly from the email address explicitly linked to your Preeo account.

What is definitively deleted

Data purging is defined as the systematic erasure of structured user files. Preeo completely eliminates the following records:

  • Your core Preeo account profile and authentication tokens where they exist.
  • All synced cycle logs, symptom logs, personal health notes, app preferences, and AI app context historically associated with your account.
  • Cloud-backed technical settings distinctly linked to your account where permanent deletion is technically supported.

What may be legally retained

Regulatory retention is defined as holding necessary minimum data points to comply with prevailing digital laws.

  • Specific transaction records we are legally mandated to keep for financial security, absolute fraud prevention, tax compliance, or billing reconciliation for a period up to 7 years.
  • Fully aggregated system analytics or crash diagnostics completely stripped of PII that cannot identify your individual account.
  • Digital purchase records retained independently by the Apple App Store or Google Play ecosystems operating under their own distinct data retention policies.
