By using Preeo, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Wellness information, not medical care
Preeo provides cycle tracking, symptom logging, wellness education, pattern review, and AI-assisted informational support. Preeo does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent disease, or replace professional medical advice. For urgent, severe, or unusual symptoms, contact a qualified clinician or emergency services.
3. Accounts and sync
You are responsible for keeping your login information secure. Account sync and cloud backup may depend on Firebase services, network availability, and your device settings.
4. AI-assisted features
AI features may produce incomplete or incorrect information. You should not rely on AI output as medical advice. When eligible AI features are used, Preeo may process your prompt and compact app context through Firebase, Cloud Functions, and Gemini-powered services.
5. Free use, ads, and Premium
Preeo may offer a free app experience supported by ads and optional Premium subscriptions. Premium may include more AI questions, deeper pattern review, reports, and ad-free use. Subscription prices, trials, renewals, and cancellation terms are shown by Apple App Store or Google Play before purchase.
6. Purchases and cancellation
Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your store account settings. Preeo does not control store refund decisions.
7. User content
You keep responsibility for information you enter into Preeo. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or abusive content. Do not use Preeo to harm yourself or others.
8. Availability
We work to keep Preeo stable, but features may change, pause, or become unavailable due to maintenance, platform changes, store requirements, or third-party service interruptions.
