Preeo is a cycle and wellness tracking app developed by OTAI Technologies. This policy explains how your information is handled. Contact us directly at support@preeo.app for data inquiries.
2. Information you provide
We collect only what is needed to run Preeo:
- Cycle dates, period logs, symptoms, moods, energy, medication notes, and custom health notes.
- Specific health mode selections designed for your goals, including standard tracking, PCOS, TTC, pregnancy, perimenopause, endometriosis, PMDD, birth-control tracking, or teen mode.
- Account information such as a verified email address when you create a profile to utilize secure 256-bit AES cloud backups.
- Messages, wellness prompts, and selected media precisely when you interact with our eligible AI-assisted analytical features.
- Direct support messages you send to us by email.
3. Information collected automatically
Preeo collects these technical signals to keep the app stable and secure:
- Device model, app version, performance metrics, crash logs, and localized diagnostic information.
- Aggregate usage events that help us improve app reliability and feature quality.
- Advertising identifiers or ad interaction signals explicitly where Google AdMob is actively enabled and explicitly allowed by your device's tracking settings.
- Subscription or purchase status directly from the Apple App Store or Google Play secure billing systems.
4. How Preeo uses information
- To accurately provide cycle estimates, timely reminders, comprehensive logs, wellness insights, and health-mode-specific personalized experiences.
- To securely support rapid account sync, daily backups, and reliable data restoration when enabled.
- To provide encrypted Firebase-assisted AI responses instantly when an eligible feature requests analytical help.
- To actively improve app reliability, patch crash events, and evaluate quantitative feature quality.
- To sustain free app access via contextual ads and provide optional Premium subscription tiers.
- To promptly respond to all support, account deletion, and strict privacy requests within 72 hours.
5. Firebase, AI, and cloud processing
Some features, such as account sync, backup and the AI assistant, need an internet connection. We utilize robust Google Firebase services for supported features such as strict authentication, instant Firestore sync, isolated Cloud Functions, Firebase AI processing, identifier-separated analytics, automated crash reporting, dynamic remote configuration, and encrypted storage where enabled.
AI-assisted features strictly send only the exact prompt you submit, combined with a highly compact app context required solely for that specific request. Preeo's architecture is explicitly designed to avoid sending your full lifetime app history when a minimal 30-day compact context is sufficient. Any AI output generated provides informational wellness support and does not constitute a clinical medical diagnosis or emergency care guidance.
6. Ads and subscriptions
Preeo offers comprehensive free tracking supported by non-intrusive ads in safe contexts. Users can choose an optional Premium subscription (monthly or yearly) for unlimited AI questions, deeper insights, doctor reports and an ad-free experience. Prices are shown in the Apple App Store or Google Play before purchase. Advertisements are served exclusively through the Google AdMob network where enabled. Secure financial purchases are handled independently through Apple App Store or Google Play verified billing systems.
7. Sharing with service providers
We absolutely do not sell, rent, or trade your personal health logs under any circumstances. We selectively share necessary encrypted information with trusted service providers that strictly operate the app infrastructure:
- Google Firebase and Google Cloud for authenticated auth, secure sync, isolated Cloud Functions, AI processing, analytics, crash reporting, and secure storage.
- Google AdMob specifically for delivering advertising within the free app experience.
- Apple App Store and Google Play for managing billing, validating subscriptions, confirming purchase status, and app store review compliance.
- Secure enterprise email and support ticketing tools specifically when you initiate contact with us.
8. Your controls
Preeo provides these direct controls:
- Utilize comprehensive in-app privacy and account configuration controls where available.
- Instantly adjust your personal device ad tracking and personalization settings on iOS or Android OS.
- Instantly request complete account deletion at /delete-account.
- Directly email support@preeo.app for prompt access, permanent deletion, or granular privacy questions.
9. Children and teen mode
Preeo is not directed to children under 13 years of age. Our specialized Teen mode is meticulously designed to use clearer, age-appropriate wellness language. However, users under the legal age of digital consent in their specific geographic region (e.g., 16 in certain EU countries) should utilize Preeo exclusively with explicit parent or legal guardian permission.
10. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as functionally needed to provide the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve potential disputes, maintain platform security, and improve technical reliability. Official account deletion requests are fully processed as definitively described on our dedicated deletion page, purging active cloud records within 7 days.
11. This website
This website (preeo-tracker.web.app) uses the Meta Pixel on some pages, such as the home page, to measure visits that come from our ads. It receives information such as the page address and your browser details. It does not receive your Preeo app data, and our health guides (pages under /blog/) do not load it. You can limit this tracking in your browser's privacy or cookie settings.

We may transparently update this policy as Preeo evolves. The explicit "Last updated" date visible at the top of this page indicates the active policy version.
